SJKS Camping 2023<\/h1>\n

SJKS created history with its first camping. Over 100 families went for this camping at Lake Camanche on Sept 8 – 10 2023.<\/p>\n

Can you imagine a camping where you did\u2019nt have to cook and also got to have a big spread of food for breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner ??<\/p>\n

Well, it happened at SJKS Camping 2023 !!!<\/p>\n

SJKS created history with its first ever camping at Lake Camanche on Sept 8th to Sept 10th 2023. Can you imagine a trip with lots of adventure and entertainment with all meals taken care off and you were just expected to pack your bags and show up ? \u00a0Well, SJKS Camping 2023 just delivered exactly that !!!<\/p>\n

The camping was a great success with over 100 families attended the camping with many of them first time families camping out and having the outdoor experience.<\/p>\n

A variety of entertainment including bingo, zumba, yoga, volleyball, cricket, tug of war rope were arranged for the campers and not to mention sumptuous breakfast, lunch and dinner catered in from popular Indian restaurants. The campsite amenities like lake water access, boat rentals, campfire bonfire provided enough adventure opportunities for the campers.<\/p>\n

Also any event of this magnitude, needless to say it takes an army of volunteers to execute at various stages of the program and camping was no exception. This camping event wouldn\u2019t have been successful if not for the awesome planning and execution by the committee members of \u2014 Sports & Outdoor, Logistics, Food & Distributions, Entertainment, Communication, Creative & Youth, Membership, Technical.<\/p>\n

SJKS Board wishes to provide a heartfelt THANKS to each and every volunteers of these committees & also to their spouses and family members for allowing them to donate time for the sangha activities.<\/p>\n

Last but not the least – THANKS to all the 100 SJKS member families who signed up and participated with great enthusiasm, without which we couldn\u2019t have done it at all.<\/p>\n

Looking forward to your participation in the upcoming SJKS Sports, Carnival day and Rajyotsava events for the remainder of the year.<\/p>\n
